Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are eligible only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with supporting photos.
- After verification, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Glamz.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging for return approval.
